Employee Information module is used to maintain all employees in a given company, including personal information, job details, emergency contacts, etc. A CV can also be assigned to the employee. This is the most important (and beneficial) module of SimpleHRM.
Leave module with its unique feature, cuts out the physical movements and automate the
entire leave management process. Once the employee fills the information and submits leave application through online it is forwarded to the administrator for approval. The approval authority will be able to either accept / reject the leave application.
Travel module is used to track the Travel requests from Employees. When logged in, each employee can request a Travel and this will be send to the administrator via email.
Administrator can accept the travel request.
Expense module is used to track the employee’s expense details like travel expense, vehicle expense, mobile expense etc., Each employee can request their expense or claims to the administrator / User. They will verify the expense details and Approve / Reject the employee’s request. All workflow details are monitor through mail notifications.
Benefit module is used to assign benefits to employees. Each employee can have different benefits, and administrator can define a benefit time range.
SimpleHRM can send automatic notifications of upcoming employee birthdays, or when a user is deleted, modified or created. This is useful when more than one administrator is working on the system.
Task Reporting module is used to keep track of daily task reporting system of an employee. When logged in each employee can add the daily report to the administrator.
